Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FX TD with a minimum of 2 years experience as a professional working in the film industry.
Qualifications
- Proven and demonstrable extensive knowledge of Houdini
- Strong understanding of physical dynamics and real-world phenomena
- Ability to perform visual and analytical solutions to implement and optimise approved looks
- Work in partnership with supervisors, lighters, and compositors to ensure that shots are delivered to the very highest standard
- Ability to align and self-direct your work with schedules and creative expectations while maintaining the highest level of integrity of work
- Must be a reliable and proactive person
- Must be able to work on a team
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of other FX softwares such as Naiad, Realflow, FumeFx, TP, Maya is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Nuke
- Scripting proficiency using Python is an advantage
